Eligible participants can access interactive virtual technical training designed to build foundational knowledge, technical confidence and career readiness before and alongside hands-on experience.
Learners move through structured technical instruction, realistic system demonstrations, interactive troubleshooting, knowledge checks and assessments. Depending on the pathway, the next step may include hands-on application, credential preparation, apprenticeship connections or employment.
